Accounts from these regions will be shut down, with all winnings or losses nullified.
  4. When registering, you promise that all provided details are true. If we find any information false, we may freeze your account and funds until we verify your details, at our sole discretion.
  5. We can deny or suspend membership without explanation, at our discretion.
  6. Betting here is a choice you make, akin to gambling, with the potential to lose money. We bear no responsibility for any financial losses or damages from your play.
  7. Deposits must be wagered at least once before you can request a withdrawal. Failure to do so may incur processing fees.
  8. Using automated tools like bots to make gaming decisions is strictly prohibited. If detected, you could be banned from play and promotions, lose winnings, and be reported to an industry database of restricted players.

  10. Card deposits may involve extra fees from your bank or card issuer, such as foreign transaction charges up to 6-8%, which we cannot control.

General Terms and Conditions

We may set restrictions on accounts from shared computer environments, at our discretion.

  2. We can adjust your account balance to offset debts owed to us.
  3. You agree to settle all dues to us without disputing or reversing payments.

  5. Tournament, raffle, or special promotion cashback (e.g., 200%+ bonuses, 75%+ cashback) limits withdrawals to 2x the amount, with a 1x wager. Players with over $100/€/£ or pending withdrawals don’t qualify.
    • Special Bonus: Bonuses of 200%+ or cashback of 100%+.
  6. You’re responsible for understanding bonus terms, including wagering and restrictions.
  7. To decline a bonus, inform us before playing. Once wagered, it must be played through unless unstarted, in which case we’ll remove it upon request.
  8. Free bonuses (e.g., comps) cap withdrawals at 50 credits, with unique wagering rules. Only one lifetime withdrawal is allowed unless approved otherwise.
  9. Non-depositors need a $15+ deposit to withdraw free bonus wins. Recent depositors need a deposit within 30 days. Free bonus wagering ranges from 20x-60x.
  10. Promotions are valid only for the specified period on our site or communications.
  11. Bonuses of 200%+ limit cashouts to 10x the deposit.
  12. New free bonus players can withdraw from their first three bonuses within 30 days; afterward, winnings become non-cashable.

Withdrawal Terms

  5. Verification documents are required for withdrawals. Non-submission within 30 days cancels the request.
  6. Unmet wagering requirements block withdrawals.
  7. We may withhold winnings if a deposit is rejected.
  8. Playing restricted games with bonuses voids withdrawals and winnings.
    • Withdrawals cap at 1,500 per request and 10,000 monthly, paid in installments if exceeded (excludes jackpots). You can cancel pending requests.
    • Minimum withdrawal is 50 units or 500 ZAR.
  9. Deposits must be wagered 1x before withdrawal.
  10. Deposits are held for gaming and fees, with credit card fees of 3-6.5% possible.
  11. No deposits for 30+ days classify you as a free bonus player, ineligible for free bonus withdrawals.

Refund Policy
